Even though items are imported, American sellers can be reported.

Yeah I guess I will work if it was American site. But everything is being bought by credits from a Korean site so it's really hard to get the FBI involved for a lipstick just saying

Overseas manufacturers still have to abide by our US Customs and FDA strict guidelines in order to sell their products in our country. We do not have to buy from overseas sellers. We can choose to buy overseas made items from US Seller's who are reputable.

I see that you buy a lot of overseas made items, probably from overseas sellers from eBay, wish, AliExpress, etc... that's fine as long as it's not infringing upon trademarked names or items.

Counterfeit items are a HUGE problem, not just for cosmetics, but in all areas merchandise, from Handbags (MK, Prada), Jewelry (Pandora), Clothes (Chanel, Tommy Hilfiger), Shoes (Nike, Adidas), the list goes on and on...
