New in box...Seal not opened on package inside the box...I have used this brand several times with no issues. I just bought this off of walmart.com this month (see pic 2). The day after it shipped my husband bought me a new wireless printer. So I have no use for this now.
No expiration date on package but it has a 2 year shelf life and pic 2 shows the date I ordered it.
