We are doing good here, I am just a bit tired from all the extra school work. However, we still Love having the boys. It looks like they are going to be staying with us until December but My Sister and brother in law are going to stay with us for most of November while they have the contractors do the finishing work on their home. Since I don't ever get to see them I am very excited. I hate that a Hurricane is what has facilitated it but I will count my Blessings where I can. Thanks for asking! I hope that you are well also! Good Morning, My Friend! No they haven't seen snow at least that they can remember. When Charlie and August were 1 and 2 (before Jackson, the baby of the family was born) they went to Kansas to visit our Great Grandparents and they got Iced in (snow in Southwestern Kansas can be very icy) So they were stuck there for another week good snow but they were so young that they don't remember. So I hope that we get some snow while they are here because I would just love to watch that snow ball fight. lol Yes it will be the first Christmas since I got married (going on 18 years ago) that it will be more that just me, my hubby, and our son for Christmas which is why we take Christmas vacations during the Holidays. So Yes I am looking forward to having an actual Family Holiday. My Husband has graciously decided, oops I mean volunteered, to make the turkey and ham because my cooking skills are less Julia Childs and more Ronald McDonald and he is a GREAT cook, hubby that is not Ronald McDonald. tee hee It will be wonderful to have them all here and to we will have so much to be thankful for and to celebrate. That sure will be a precious moment watching the boys really see snow and truly get to enjoy it. Toddlers probably don't remember too much about weather. It is great your husband is going to be your Christmas chef. Nothing like having a cook in the family. I am a vegetarian and do all the food preparation in our house. My husband's non-cooking skills are opening packages or instant things like chips. He will not make any food. Kale is on sale at a dollar a bunch this week. I have been juicing a lot of it and sharing with my sweet cat Basil. He loves to chew on kale...it is so cute.
