Description

The listing, ANOTHER Strange Asian Coin has ended.

I have really no idea about this coin, I do not know if it's genuine or not, and I have no idea what country it is fun. It has a few strange holes in it...I think it is from 1950 ish.

Shipping is $2 to the US, payable by cash or money order, or FREE if this auction goes over 50 credits. Sound fair?

I think this coin is much older than that. My husband collects coins. We have found a few of these and they are called Chinese good luck coins on ebay. They are from the late 1800s to early 1900s if they are real. There are fakes out there making them for jewelry purposes only. They are not worth much cash wise, but I love them because of the hole in the middle. I hate it when someone drills in them though. Why do people find the need to drill holes in coins that already have a nice hole in them? Who knows. I was wondering why you are charging $2 when you can just put in a regular envelope. Its already damaged. No need to protect it now.

hmm, thanks for the input! they are pretty special...the holes are stupid, i agree. I really should change that to $1, the issue is i have ~30 auctions up right now, so envolope + stamp for all of them gets expensive, so I'm encouraging people to bid high. But $1 would be fine...does that make sense?

Happy new year!

Hmm.. This one doesn't look like the older chinese coin for good luck. It looks simular, but it appears to have arabic symbles; doesn't it? Would like to have though. I love all kinds of trinkets and coins.
