Excellent condition. Very good Case (the only issue with the case is a few scuffs/scratches on the front. You can only see the when the light hits it. It in no way, affects the manual or CD), manual w/cover art, and game CD. I see only 1 very small line on disc. Nearly Mint! The black rectangular shaped item is a ‘sponge’ that came with to protect CD from coming loose.
