Both are nearly identical, we bought and own both. My personal favorite part of the bag is the removable by velcro changing pad. This meant I always had a comfortable, clean place to change my baby. This is not new, its lived through one baby. It is from a non smoking, pet free home and has been well taken care of- always used cleaning instructions per this luxury brand and when it lost to my husbands tool we had it repaired professionally at our seamstress-a $45 investment.
