FREE: Leprechaun Pin with Jingling Hat

I have owned this cute pin for what I think is safe to say is around 15 years that I purchased at a thrift shop. Though I have reason to believe that this pin may be at least vintage--hence my posting the last two photos, where I notice there's a set of numbers--I can't swear to this. The leprechaun's face, complete with pointed ears, feels like resin. He has a bit of some type of faux red hair. He wears a long pointed hat(I believe wool)with some type of red jewel that was strongly glued(I think with a type of cement)with a jingling bell at the end. The pin measures 6" long from the top of the bell to the leprechaun's collar and 2" across at the widest point. The pin definitely remains functional for who wants to wear this yet the bell on top DOES jingle so the wearer will be heard wherever he/she goes LOL. Considering the amount of time that I've owned this, this pin does remain in very good condition...hey St. Patrick's Day is just less than 5 months away. Thanks for looking!
