The listing, Apple 16 gb iPod Touch Fully Functional has ended.

Apple iPod Touch 1st Gen. Finally got another iPhone so don't need this anymore. No cracks or chips on the display. Does have some of those super-fine scratches on front and back that you would get from going in and out of your pocket, but not the kind that would be from say rubbing against a penknife in the pocket. Will come with a charging cable. Has been factory reset so it's ready to be loaded with your listening and viewing pleasures
Please note, this will not run on current versions of iTunes. Evidently if you don't stick with the latest and greatest from them, they don't support it. So, all you have to do is use an earlier version. The one I have stuck with is v8.0.2.20 with no issues. Pics show the unit on, and synced with this version.
I very rarely say it, but I will not accept returns on it because someone says the can't get it to work because they didn't read the above paragraph.

I have old ipod touch-es and they work fine with current itunes. However, I also use a Mac computer, which might help.
