The listing, NIB "IT" COSMETICS BYE BYE CONCEALER has ended.

This is from the IT cosmetic line and it is anti-aging, waterproof full converage light concealing cream. I use mine by dabbing a small amount where needed & blend it in with a make up brush. This is an amazing product. And it is 1 of the 2 different name brand cosmetics I use.

I follow all Listia Rules.
I do not ship outside USA.
I now ship once a week because I do go to P.O. & I DO TRACKING. So you will know where your item is after it leaves me.

I found a place where I can get " IT " , Naked , Elf , Decay .... ALL of the good things for WAY WAY cheap prices. I LOVE makeup AND Jewlery but , I do not wear either much... Now if I did wear it a lot , I would never had found the place...lol

I got 2 with EVERYTHING , lips, eyes , face ,,, then I got 3 18 shades of eyeshadow , face powder and concealer ... ALL for 18 dollars...lol I could not pass that deal up even though I only wear makeup when I go to special events. So , maybe 6 times a year if that. I was going to post them but when I got home , my cam decided it was time to retire...lol

What is the difference between the under eye and the concealer or are they the same?

I think they are the same. The under eye 1 they say is anti-aging, it has some anti wrinkle formula, but they do the same job.
