Winning bidder will receive the exact "gift pack" that I've put together, as shown in photos. This comes with a Santa Hat, an herb grinder, a coin bag, and two packs of cigarette Rolling Papers.

The santa hat is New w/ tags and Marvel Avengers themed. The tobacco grinder is brand new, metal, has 4 tiers and a scraper tool, and a leaf design on the top of it. The change purse is brand new, has a zipper pull, an attached keyring, and a leaf design. The cigarette rolling papers are Hornet brand, Organic Hemp (Does NOT contain thc, intended for tobacco use). There is 32 leaves of natural rolling paper in each pack.

As per Listia Rules, All Listians are expected to be 18+ and therefor All bidders are expected to be 18+ and within the laws of their own state when bidding/winning.

Why is it that people feel like they have to complain and go on and on about it. It's not against the rules , it doesn't violate any Listia rules. PLEASE if you're going to comment about how much it breaks the rules, here's an idea READ the dam rules first before trying to give anyone a lesson on them!!!
If this auction offends you or you don't like it or whatever your problem is then simply don't bid.

“Fantastic Listing!!” There’s nothing in this Listing that violates any Listia rule or the law, for that matter. It all falls under the items with exception category. Rolling papers aren’t drug paraphernalia in the eyes of the law either. I won’t be ticketed or arrested if I was to get pulled over with papers or a tobacco grinder.

Did I mention that this is the last of my listings for this year?!?
As Listia is making changes and my holidays get overly hectic, I need to take a hiatus through the month of December and probably January, too.
