It appears to be a solid material that doesn't chip.

One earring is actually larger than the other
Appears to be handmade-Can see a marking of MEX(for Mexico)
This is an estate piece.
Acquired from my Grandmother's collection in Virginia. Many items were bought off ships coming into Norfolk, Virginia.
I do not alter or clean any pieces.
