Amen, Sister! Amen! =) I loved my Great Grandma, she raised me and was one of those people who talked to children like actual people. She was a beautiful ray of Light in this world. She passed away 2 years ago at 100 and she had been married to my Great Grandfather for 78 years and he passed away four months after her.(at 104) I miss them but they left me with so many happy memories and Love that I always have them with me. They were just good, salt of the Earth people, who farmed the land, and treated everyone with Love, Respect, and Compassion. There I go rambling again! =) I love talking about them and it was why your compliment really touched my heart. It was almost like I could hear her saying that she knew she was right. =) Have a Great One! ~Namaste

Oh, Thank you so much! What a Wonderful Compliment! Yes, I do all the Stone Shaping and Hubby and I do the metal work together. On the Jewelry, I carve the molds and he does the smelting. We do it in a circa 1850's forge that we built from plans we downloaded from the Library of Congress. We built it to see if we could and we fell in Love with metal Smithing! That was 18 years ago and we still Love it! (and each other =) I owned a Brick and Mortar Multi-Faith Metaphysical Store where I eventually got the confidence up to display some of our pieces, people really liked them, and we had a blast doing it. However, then I got really sick with a rare Cancer and we had to shut our doors, Have friends and family pack it up because we had to travel two states and a 12 hour drive to find someone who knew how to treat me. Now, we still make pieces as the Muse inspires, I am always shaping a Gemstone of some kind, and have fun trading here on Listia. (I realized that I just rambled away at ya' =) Thank you so much for taking the time to stop by, take a look, and leave behind some of your Gorgeous Positive energy! First, let me say that your compliment about my energy is one of the best compliments I have gotten in my life! Thank you so much! You don't have to win anything from me to get some of my energy, I am happy to send positive energy and Love your direction. My Great Grandma always told me that treating people with kindness and compassion costs nothing but the Love & Light that ripples through the Universe had a worth beyond measure. I have always kept that in mind and tried to live my life in a way that would make her proud. I also try to live my life with what I call "an attitude of gratitude." I can't control what life will bring but I can control how I react to it and how I choose to feel about it. So there are my Secret's to living a positive and Tranquil life.=)
