Here's a cool one. Tyler was initially signed by the Cincinnati Bengals out of Colorado, but was cut early. He went on to make his professional debut two years later with the sensational L.A. KISS, a short-lived Arena League team owned by Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley of the eponymous rock band.
