You are bidding on a brand new with tag red hooded rain jacket by Kong. It is a size X-Small. It has two velcro closures, one around the neck and one around the belly area. Has a zippered outer pouch and drawstring hood. Measures 16" wide across the back, 16" from top to bottom (hood to tail) and 10" from neck to tail. It folds up and stores in the zippered pocket on back. Great to have for your pet on a rainy day.

Note: I purchased this on Listia and unfortunately, it is too small for my 4 lb chihuahua. My loss is your gain.
