These are popular for taking calls in noisy vehicles (like truckers), or with open windows & air blowing, music playing -- as the headset does noise cancelling.

No batteries required, the lithium ion batteries are contained inside.

The headband slides to open bigger or smaller for a "1 size fits most" fit, & has a non slip padding on it.

The microphone is at the tip, & "swings to fit" where u can speak into it.

Controls are easy & intuitive...
-- included instuctions walk you thru it if you need..
-- toward the front is the protected power port -- easy to see, along w a really great feature -- an on/off button -- turn it off when u stop working or don't need it to conserve power
-- toward the side, is an easy to use "pairing button" -- it was easy to push to pair, see the LED lights flash, pair. Use the same button to answer
-- right above the pairing & answer button are left & right volume buttons & in the middle the LED status light

Instructions say it works for 66 feet -- we were able to walk around w no disconnects at least 50-60 feet all about our work area.
