My mother-in-law loved opals. She would buy them whenever they visited Australia. Now I inherited them. I love their beauty!

I feel the same as you. I like everything to go fast and smooth. I do most everything as GIN too. I’m too impatient for auctions. I’d rather buy & sell with a GIN.

As far as carats I don't know. I got it so long ago I can't remember any of that, I am so sorry. I can measure it with a ruler but that is about it. :-( I can add a picture that might help.

Yes, measure the length and widest part across, if you would please? Thank you so much and thank you for your prompt answer...good day to you...:-)

Oh, okey. Your picture looks likes a regular tape measure in USA inches. I cm is extremely tiny. Are you sure? It’s important to value.

I’m thinking it’ll be nice in a ring. I have opal necklaces but not earrings or rings. I’m thinking, if I won I could have it put in a ring. Do you know if it’s mined opal or simulated manmade?

Again, I really don't know. I was under the impression when I got it, it was mined. How can you tell the difference? I looks the same all around but the bottom is flat if that helps.

You are welcome. I try to do everything as quick as I can. I can't stand waiting. That is why I rarely do the actual auctions. I do GIN 99% of the time. I try to ship the same or next day for the same reason.

Hi...what do you do if no one takes the GIN?
Dec 17th, 2017 at 3:05:48 PM PST by

I usually just keep the stuff, sometimes I relist, sometimes I lower the gin. Mostly I just keep what ever listed. I had some shoes I listed and relisted. I wasn't going to relist again at that time because it was costing credits.. 10 months later I relisted and someone bought them.
