It is the latest issue within the Marine Life Protection series, entitled Rainbow of the Sea and features the shell of the Haliotis tuberculata, or green ormer.
The coin is issued on behalf of the Micronesian island state Palau and features a concave shape, vibrant colors, and a freshwater pearl. Yes, that is an actual "PEARL" on the coin.

This coin was limited to only 2500 coins minted and Amazon has 1 left if you would like to look up what it is worth, but that one is not graded.
