You can get the imei and serial number from under the battery . that would give a little more info...

Try holding the power button and the home button for 10 seconds then release then both and hurry up and tap the power button immediately after to see if it’s just in safe mode if so then you’ll be able to charge and figure out the carrier

Just to help anyone bidding, this is a iPhone 5 white. Imei number is on the back. Reasons it may not turn on are bad battery or dead screen. Thanks.
