This Greek company produces small crafted wooden religious items with original Byzantine designs. They work with wood, because it is a material traditionally associated with Christianity, Their items are unique (the aforementioned is from their web site.
It measures approximately 2" x 7", not counting the loop with which to hang, or attach it to something.
The top says Holy Monastery St. Tikhon of Zadonsk, and the bottom says "Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord ~ Patronal Feast Day August 13th."
