Alcatel One Touch Idol 3 (model:6045O), Dual layer black case, 8GB Micro SD Card (formatted as portable storage but you can choose to make it INTERNAL storage to give you more phone storage), USB data/sync cable, wall charger and Tempered Glass Screen Protector(already installed on phone). For Cricket Wireless (they operate on AT&T towers). Not unlocked for other carriers. This was my elderly mother's phone - she took great care with her phone. No physical damage. Has always had screen protectors on. Great sounding front facing speakers. IMEI is clear to activate (see last pic) Ask any questions and I will answer to the best of my knowledge.
