This is an older, used daily meditation book. It has and is based on Native American teachings, lore, etc.
The beauty of this daily meditation book is that it is based on the 13 moon cycles of the year. So, you cannot just open up the book to the current daily calendar date. As shown in the pics it is labeled as to which moon it is then a number... Directions are given in this book so that you can find where the current moon cycle is for the current time of day and year. Very easy directions to follow to find the current moon we are in.
Even if you choose not to follow or find the moon cycle just opening the book and starting to read from the beginning will give you wonderful insight into helping you find what you might be looking for in your life using the beauty, simplistic honest teachings of Native Americans.
As stated this is a older, used but still in good shape and still very readable book. The binding is still in tact, no loose or missing pages.
