Lol, the policies are just kind of "my thing". I try to review them every couple of months to stay on top of things but it is almost impossible to do so. In too many instances they seem to be up to each mod to interpret which in my mind is totally unfair to all members. Also, not all members seem to be held to the same standards either which is confusing and borders on discrimination. The site has changed dramatically over the last 3 years and now bares little resemblance to the original model it introduced.

Hope that you do well with this if they decide to leave it. :)

Fingers crossed. I guess if they do take it off, I'll try to make it "listia legal" before valentine's day and relist it with everything and hope for the best. It is considered a promotional code since the user must spend $160 (if memory serves me correctly, in order to redeem it). The mods have always removed them for as long as I can remember. Depending upon which mod reviews the listing they could opt to have you remove just that item or more often than not they'll remove the entire listing.
