Description

The listing, Quilting Treasures (B-1644) Hancock's First Edition 2004 has ended.

This Quilting Treasures Pattern Book says Hancock's First Edition 2004. It has 47 pages. It is completely intact and in very good shape for it's age. I found it at a local thrift shop and I believe it would be a very good addition to your collection of Quilting Magazines.

I crochet but I don't know a thing about making sewing or making quilts. I really admire anyone who does.

I do not know if the previous household was smoke free or pet free.

Thanks for stopping by and good luck bidding!

I don't think I was ever in a Hancock store - I just look for yarn, not material. Did they close up?

Filed bankruptcy and closed may be 4 years ago. They were huge stores with amazing fabric selections. (Much larger than a JoAnn store). I worked at one for several years. I even got to teach quilt and sewing classes. And birthday parties for kids of all ages.
They had a lady come and teach upholstery classes a few times a year.
Oh, the most fun was doing demos! They had nice magazines , free, every month !
It was so sad when they closed. People thought they were Hancock of Paducah (out of towners), but totally different company.

I bet that was fun doing the classes. I never was involved in anything like that. Sounds great - yes it is sad when the big company's close down.

Take care and try to have a great night! Betty
