The listing, DEFLT BLUE PITCHER Vintage Hand Painted ** Signed & Numbered ** Excellent Condition has ended.

This is a rare pattern of Delft ceramic porcelain. In researching, I could find other examples of the design. The hand painted pattern, is very unique and I only found one other example. There I learn this was a "Cockatiel & Flowers" pattern. I encourage you to research on your own and be sure to post any info in the comments below.

Item is in excellent condition with no cracks, chips, or damage of any kind.

The pitcher is 6.5”T to the tip of the spout & 4.5”w x 3”d

I'm not that familiar with Delft. Are their pieces all signed like this one is on the bottom?

There are many Delft patterns and artists. I would think other pieces with this same pattern would be similarly signed. I hope this help a bit. Here is some info from Wikipedia:
Delftware or Delft pottery, also known as Delft Blue (Dutch: Delfts blauw), is blue and white pottery made in and around Delft in the Netherlands.
