It has been EIGHT days since the scammer took my 55 million credits for his high-dollar BTC listing. He had been on Listia a long time with good feedback ... no one suspected it was a scam.

He said it was the last of his BTC ... and then *posted more than 9,000 listings* for MORE bitcoin. I alerted Listia right away but still had to wait the three days to request a refund. It took Listia ALL day to take down all those listings~which were ending every few seconds and in the meantime a bunch of people had won more scam BTC listings from him.

After eight days of "waiting for a moderator to respond" I got on LIstia's INK chat and blew my top. I got my credits back. His account is closed.

If you ALSO won a listing from him and are still waiting, contact Listia. Maybe they will refund everyone automatically now that the account is closed ... I dunno.

We have a MANY good *NEW sellers* on Listia, thanks to INK ... but try to be wary of anyone when it comes to digital items ~ check out what else they have listed, and if they have RECENT good feedback from buyers.

It should NOT take MORE than a week to get a refund on a digital item. I have ASKED Listia (not so nicely) to FIX this system ... I hope they do that.

Did you get your credits back automatically? I assume you already had a refund request but in my case it was pending with no message like "if seller doesn't respond in XX days you will get a refund ... so it was just hanging with no specific deadline.

AND on the Listia page the moderator had sent him THREE messages asking for him to respond. When I got on Telegram they told me that he HAD responded and I said ~WHAT~ Why can't I see those responses ???

So I can only assume they blocked me from seeing troysavage's responses ON the listing page. Oh man, that made me even MORE furious ...

I had ALSO private messaged several LIstia execs TWO days ago (at least) AND put in a support ticket asking what was going one ... after FIVE days of "waiting for a moderator to respond." So I got on the PUBLIC chat Listia uses for INK and really blew my stack ... I was on FIRE ... they asked me to "go through Listia's system" and I said that I DID ... if you are on telegram you can go to the chat and see it.

Gave negative, it showed he had 2 day to respond but then it showed he issues the refund and I gave 10 negative lol

YOu might get a kick out of it ... those Ink investors on that chat have NO clue that LIstia is INk and Ink is Listia ... it's amusing to watch them shift uncomfortably in their etherspace and try to figure out what is going on with this INK that they think is gonna make them the next bitcoin billionaires ...

I want you to read this but hide i after ... I don't want to seem so negative but you are SUCH a good person to vent to ...

I don't tolerate being abused. I am a scammer's worst nightmare and I OFTEN purposely win listings from them so I can HARASS Listia into taking action. It's a hobby. Everyone needs one ...

You got a refund because Listia shut his account down. Irks me that people will "see" the HE refunded them. I hope everyone got a refund because he sold a LOT of listings that night and day after I won mine ... he posted at least 9,000 of them ...

He's been AWOL since I posted screen shots of his correspondence with me on all of my ETH listings ... I've taken most of them down, but I think those photos are still on my ETH auction that ends Tuesday night ... if you wanna see ... throw a little bid in for me ... poor me .. mwahahahahaha
