It was nice back in the days when sellers could keep credits for non-payment, not providing an address etc. but those days are gone. If a buyer doesn't pay they don't even get to the address screen now so the seller can re-list but there are no credits to keep since they weren't paid to begin with. I had 3 deadbeat buyers last spring when the policy changed and now list almost everything with only a GIN as a result. Just thought that you may want to edit your description accordingly. :)
