Stamp is not in mint condition but still collectable. Stamp is cancelled. Some are attached to paper. You will receive stamp in picture but I have multiples so the one you receive may vary slightly from the pictured one.

Comes from smoke/mold free home.

I accept Paypal only for shipping. I will only ship only to addresses verified through Paypal NOT to addresses sent through email. You have one week from the time the auction ends to provide your Listia verified shipping address and to send payment for auction shipping. If these are not done within one week from auction close I will relist the auction and keep your credit(s) per Listia's rules. The only exception to this is if you communicate with me that that there is a problem and you need more time, I am very reasonable to work with if issues arise. If I hear nothing in that weeks time then I will relist without any warning. You will then receive negative/neutral feedback for not following through with my auction. I will send you tracking numbers (if used) or mark on the auction sent when I do ship.
I will combine Shipping on multiple items won by the same auction winner. With free shipping I am only able to ship out every two weeks. Please see shipping calendar following this for 2018 dates. If I overcharge on shipping (I sometimes accidentally do that), I will refund the difference via paypal prior to shipping item. Items with paid shipping get shipped out immediately after I receive your payment. I do consider GIN offers but cannot authorize if the item you want has a bid on it.
