These are awesome diapers. We buy a package of 20 Tena moderate incontinent pads at Walmart for $3.87 ...cut them in half ...place one half in the diaper. Has velcro closure ...we add a diaper pin or a skirt (kilt pin) to keep it secured. One of our dogs figured out how to chew the head off of the plastic diaper pin so we bought skirt pins for her.
