Oh my Lord this man and his cooking!!! I can't eat like that anymore. He made huge pot of bean & ham hocks yesterday & I ate tomato soup & toasted cheese. LOL!! He is gonna kill my tummy! He said take care of yourself and I said, then quit making me bar b q ribs and baked beans!!! hahahaha!! That was last week and yes, he really made that and here I am with this huge issue with my tummy. My Lord the man just needs to cook I guess!!!

I know the feeling especially after a long cold winter eating holuday meals & homemade treats..my dresser shrinks clothes during this time so i am getting a new dresser than doesn't do that every year..lol...who am i kidding too xoxo

Thanks-yeah I am the blue but I have gained a few pounds-had 3 major surgeries in the last 18 months-couldn't do anything but sit & eat so do need to lose it no matter what-just not coming off although I am eating less & better!!

Well i hope you are on the mend..that is a lot to go through..i stay on a high protein low carb during winter especially & you can lose weight without being hungry until you are able to be more active..i look at food & gain weight + my arthrtis is getting worse so i've learned the hard way the less i weigh the less i hurt..my friend did well with weight watchers after her double replacement too

Programs can be good for some people to help them change their habits & gain more knowledge of required vitamins/ minerals + give them emotional support

Weight Watchers is probably the most effective program to suit the needs as a whole especialy ppl with families..Who wants to prepare 2 seperate meals 3x a day..It is great for everyone in the family & teaches good eating habits

Hello Sister's Oh Billie I know what you mean only it is my own cooking. Marty loves everything I cook. But I am lucky both parents were great cooks and bakers!
