This phone is Verizon's heavy duty phone. They are supposed to be water proof.. Its got all types of cool stuff on it. These are the only phones my husband doesnt kill in a week.lol! This works. Umm, i definitely wouldnt say it bad or rough.. But its not perfect either.. I would say good condition.. I hope that helps.. Ill add a few more pics.. Thanks so much for looking:)
