125 x First Class Rate @ .50 cents per envelope - These DO NOT expire but they are not Forever Stamps so if postal rates increase you would have to add the additional postage in the future. I had these pre-stamped from my postage meter and never used them...yes these are 100% official USPS Postage and are valid just as any other stamp would be. Since this is my postage meter it does say on the indicia "Mailed from zip code 89012" which is simply my zip code and has nothing to do with where the envelope is mailed from...they can be mailed from anywhere in the USA just like a regular stamp.
