Is it was shadowless it would labeled as such? Is it a 5 because of crease? Any scratching on case?

No, because all 1st Edition Base cards are Shadowless, but not all Shadowless Base cards are 1st Edition if that makes sense. Yeah there is a small crease mainly visible from the back which I'm sure is the reason it got a 5, other than the crease it looks easily Near Mint. No scratches on the case, I just got it back from PSA like a week ago.

Crease = instant PSA 5, which I personally feel is BS. I think they should have a qualifier attached to a high grade card that has a hairline crease, ESPECIALLY if only visible on the back. I wouldn't call any card with a crease MINT, but 7-8 (CR) seems more appropriate grade label. I'd much rather have 5 w/ a crease than a crease-free scratched up 5

Oh wow I actually didn't know about that, thanks for that info. That is kinda bs, I figured the crease would affect it when I sent it in but not that much. The main reason I still sent it to PSA is for authentication, that way any potential buyer knows it is not a fake.

True, if non-vintage, if something has a crease, BGS 100%. You could always crack it and send it to BGS, but personally I like my cards raw

Yeah I don't really collect myself, I just have a lot of old cards from when I collected as a kid. I signed up for PSA collector club about a year ago since I saw how much more the cards were selling graded and it seems they can be less than consistent, cards I thought were 10s would get 9s and cards I thought were 7-8 were getting 10s, then again I'm not 100% on their standards, but I do know centering can be a problem. I listed a different raw 1st Edition Base holo here on Listia and the only comments I got were claiming it wasn't real, so I figured for Listia and cards this valuable the listing authenticated cards is the best option

Or if I doubt a high grade/authenticity, the "Authentic" label means a lot

Yea, if ppl are doubting authenticity, grading makes sense. Sometimes its a numbers game and the objectivity of the grader

Garbage, not worth 100 credits.
So ridiculous, I have to laugh. Hey everybody, list your damaged
cards on here for outrageous prices and maybe some fool will buy it.

Um ok? It literally just has a small crease on it, and even a PSA 5 1st Edition Base Blastoise goes for at least $200 on eBay, so not really sure what you are on about... Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, good luck finding one of these for cheap, you simply won't.

I would GIN it in a heartbeat but still need $300.00 worth of credits
