The listing, Off Center Penny! US Mint Error Coin! has ended.

An off-center coin is produced when the coin is struck once, albeit off center. Unlike a broadstrike, the punch is not in the center of the coin, but rather the edge. This results in a coin which is not circular. The coin gives a freakish appearance as a result, and various amounts of blank planchet space are visible. The coins can vary in value because of how far off center they are struck.

Error coins are getting hard to find. Errors are becoming very rare as the mint has put in a systems in 2002 to virtually to stop all major errors from getting out of the mint.

Very nice coin, however...we as sellers are getting the raw end of the deal...listia has the market price at .14 cent per xnk....but the actual price is .05 per xnk. That's nearly 3 times the current price. They need to hear from us...if listia wants to use xnk...they need to use a live price counter. Best of luck to you..

Hey everybody go to any cypto currency website listia is lying to you your credits are not worth 14 cents there only worth 5 cents when you switched your credits over for every 1 xnk you got listia kept 9 cents save yourself take the coin down and sell it on ebay

your listing right now is at 71 xnk
so according to listia your getting 71 X .14 = $9.94 usd
but in reality your getting 71 x .05 = $3.55 usd
so you are losing $6.39 because listia has the rates for xnk inflated
just thought you would like to know trying to help

Ok then good luck. I'm not going bid because that coin is a stock photo pic taken 5 years ago by Phillip hicks. It's the same photo in the coin collectors album. That coined pictured there sold for 9,700 dollers at auction. The back of the coin is stamped correctly showing the whole Lincoln monument. It is a remarkable coin to see in person. It's to rich for my blood. Good luck on saleing a stock photo with such low feedback.

The comments above are semi accurate on the exchange rates. It does hold true if you go to and sell the XNK in the open market. It is very thin and mostly irrelevant at the moment though.

If you keep them in the listia market place (which is what people like about credits) its the same if you go spend the XNK with someone else as the rate would be .14 still. You have to think outside of just dollars or your local currency. That was the reason of credits too btw. This is just an upgrade and a way to raise funds for the company. If they start messing with the rate on the listia site to much then it would start to raise flags.

All good so far though. Unlike this ad where everyone clearly knows that is not the coin in the pic....
