I mail thru USPS, regular first class mail, not overnight, not priority mail nor am I putting tracking on it unless you pay for it. Many times it takes more than 3 weeks to get items thru the mail. If you are not going to allow a couple of weeks from mailing DO NOT BID. If you file a dispute in less than 21 days, I will consider it buyers remorse and per listia rules, only the lister can agree to refund the credits for buyers remorse. I know this because I have it in writing. I will dispute it as you have been given my terms in writing. If you bid on an auction that has a shipping charge, you need to pay it. NO EXCUSES. That depends on where you live. These hibiscus are tropical plants so if you live in areas where you have freezing weather I would recommend bringing them in in the winter. I do have ones that are winter hardy. Your other option if you live in areas with winter is to cut them back enough to fit under rose domes or the like to winter them over. Hibiscus plants do not need huge planters even though it is not uncommon for them to be rather tall.
