I mail thru USPS, regular first class mail, not overnight, not priority mail nor am I putting tracking on it unless you pay for it. Many times it takes more than 3 weeks to get items thru the mail. If you file a dispute in less than 21 days, I will consider it buyers remorse and per listia rules, only the lister can agree to refund the credits for buyers remorse. I know this because I have it in writing. I will dispute it as you have been given my terms in writing. If you bid on an auction that has a shipping charge, you need to pay it. NO EXCUSES.
