what is xnk/credit rate atm?

If I understand you correctly, it is XNK market price divided by XNK official price multiplied by the amount of credits in one XNK. There is nothing official about my giving you this information, so use it at your own risk:

0.041 (current XNK price in dollars)/0.14 (official price of XNK in dollars X 3,850 (official number of credits in one XNK) = 1,121 credits per XNK

That can't be right. This listing would be very expensive in dollars if that was the case. There isn't a published rate that listia provides?

The published rate is 3850 credits per XNK and 7.14 XNK per dollar. It's hard to find stuff selling at those rates except in the Listia Rewards Store: https://www.listia.com/rewards. As another Listia member pointed out in clear language, Listia no longer sets the price, that is determined on the open market or on exchanges. The one exchange that is listing it is IDEX, so there is where the real price of XNK is determined:

https://idex.market/eth/xnk

The price there is denominated in Ethereum and so to find the value of XNK in dollars you need to multiply it by the price of ETH in dollars now. So that price is:

0.0000779 (XNK in ETH) X (Times) 550.02 (Price of ETH in dollars) = 0.042846558 or each XNK is worth about 4.3 cents on the open market.

You should just stop using credits then to avoid confusion.

Listia allows me to resell them credits at very favorable rates. They charge the 10% fee for GIN and 20% for cashing in the credits and then 27,500 credits per dollar. So for instance in this lot, I can get back $137.45 for selling the credits to Listia minus what I would pay to ship the coins to the buyer. I would net $110-115 for selling them on eBay after eBay's fees and I have to pay shipping fees there too.

Nevertheless, believe me, most other sellers on Listians are looking for a higher profit margin for their left over credit listings, than I am. Your new to Listia, and believe me we appreciate you being here, but I have been on Listia for 8 years and I never have tried to price gouge (except for selling Bitcoins where we got away with 100% markup for some reason) because the market never really seems to bear it.

Over time I'm not sure I have even made money, but live and learn. For us Listians who still have credit listings it's a great appreciated bonus to make a little money with those credits still left in the system. I think Listia allows these buybacks to soften the shock to the market of switching currencies.

Selling credits back to Listia are like buyouts for retiring employees even though I'm sure Listia hopes the users will continue with XNK listings after exhausting their credit ones. It's the credits which are being retired and they are trying to avoid lawsuits over people being forced to convert credits to XNK, who don't do so voluntarily. There is enough grumbling now over their advice a few weeks to Listia members to convert credits to XNK, which for many meant loss of value except for being able to buy stuff on the Rewards Store, which has a maybe frustrating limited selection.
