100% Cotton, it feels like a light muslin fabric. Perfect summer top. It is pretty sheer, you'll need something underneath it. It has 2 different blues in the embroidery and tiny pleats on the front. Small little buttons. There is a tiny little hole by the tag, you can see it in the last picture. I'm sure it would just take a couple little stitches and good as new.
