Metal sterling silver, was given it as that and at the time has very big plans which didn't result in anything. Large bag of scrap sterling silver. Buuut I do not own a tester, in the last photo there are 2 good size magnets & nothing sticks to a magnet. Something may be plated there are several 925 stamps on pieces, see last couple photos of those. The sterling turtle would be possible to turn into a jewelery piece-I always thought. Used a pen for size reference but I do not have a scale for accurate weight. Free shipping in US, my home is smoke free & pet free.
