CAMERA WORKS GREAT AND TAKES GREAT PICTURES. 14 MP AND 5 X OPTICAL ZOOM. CAMERA HAS A CRACK IN THE PLEXIGLASS PROTECTIVE WINDOW IN FRONT OF THE LCD SCREEN. LCD SCREEN IS FINE AND UNDAMAGED. THE CRACK IS IN THE UPPER RIGHT HAND EDGE OF THE PLASTIC WINDOW AND CAN BE SEEN IN THE PICTURES. CAMERA USES 2 1.5 VOLT LITHIUM OR ALKALINE BATTERIES. THEY MUST BE NEW BATTERIES. DO NOT USE RECHARGEABLE OR HEAVY DUTY AA BATTERIES. THESE ARE WEAK AND WILL NOT POWER THE CAMERA. CAMERA USES ONE SD MEMORY CARD 4 - 8 GB. CARD AND BATTERIES NOT INCLUDED.
