The listing, EUC**PLEASANT COMPANY**ORIGINAL AMERICAN GIRL DOLL** has ended.

Winner will receive exact doll shown in pics. Blonde hair/blue eyes. 18". Original American Girl Doll. Back of neck is marked Pleasant Company. Excellent condition. No odors or markings. No tears. I believe her name is Kirsten but I'm not positive. Smoke Free/Pet Free Home. Thanks for looking!!

06-16-18 update: I was told this doll is Kirsten just not the first version thus the tan body. I don't know. So judge for yourselves and thanks for watching.

She can stand. I added a pic. She's not floppy. in the sense that she's been worn out or misused. We have several American Girl dolls so later today I will compare her to the newest Christmas doll of the year out of curiosity and post my findings. Thanks for asking! Good questions!

The AG doll pictured is a lot like the newer AG doll. The body of the pictured doll is a tiny bit fuller with a slightly softer feel to it. The body is perfectly proportioned for this model. She seems about exactly the same as the new doll in the movements of her arms & legs and in the way she stands. Her hair is not as silky shiny as the new ones are nowadays. The doll pictured is an older model AG doll with Pleasant Company on back of neck. The newer one says American Girl on the neck & also has tags to the side of body. The doll pictured isn't Kirsten after all as Kirsten had a white body and this one has the tan body. A great article to read is: Collectible American Girl Dolls: An insider's Guide
