Just like a short lightweight jacket. No buttons to show off your blouse. Ties middle of waist.
I have a lot of tattoos on my arms (32) and I wore this to a wedding as a cover up. Plus I have big arms and my dress was scrappy. It worked out great.
I'd even wear it with jeans and a tank. I just dnt go anywhere anymore. I'd rather skme1 use it then it sit in a drawer. :) It's to pretty for that.
