It's a nice looking *****. In at a respectable 6+ inches in length and about 2"in girth. Firm, no soft spots. Who wants a soft ***** oozing something smelly? NO ONE!
Pictures 2 & 3 give you a Titanic "top if the world" POV Shows new growth at the top knob. (of course it does)
Please notice the scaring in the side of the shaft. This is most likely from sunburn. I realize there are times you find yourself sans sunscreen, but one should really turn every 30 minutes. Oh well, just know the brown wart-like, discoloration is natural for this species of cacti.
