I haven't noticed any fading or wear on the straps or corners. I'm pretty gentle on my purses/bags I never set them on the ground/floorboards, which is wherein my oppinion most wear on the corners & straps comes from.Also I favor a backpack 90% of the time so my purses/bags really get very minimal usage compared to most other users :) Hope I've been helpful & thanks for checking out my auctions :)
