I DO NOT GUARANTEE GERMINATION OF SEEDS. I have no control over soil, light, water, or the care that you provide, etc. that you provide. What I sell, I grow.

I mail thru USPS, regular first class mail, not overnight, not priority mail nor am I putting tracking on it unless you pay for it. Many times it takes more than 3 weeks to get items thru the mail. If you are not going to allow a couple of weeks from mailing DO NOT BID. If you file a dispute in less than 21 days, I will consider it buyers remorse and per listia rules, only the lister can agree to refund the credits for buyers remorse. I know this because I have it in writing. I will dispute it as you have been given my terms in writing. If you bid on an auction that has a shipping charge, you need to pay it. NO EXCUSES. If you do not pay the shipping charge, you will be BLOCKED. If you win one of my auctions and do not pay or provide a verified address within 7 days again you will be BLOCKED. If you have buyers remorse, you will be BLOCKED. If you do not leave feedback within 30 days of the auction and have not let me know via email that you have not received the item yet, you will be BLOCKED. You should contact me if you have not received your item rather than just filing a dispute. These conditions are in addition to the rules set forth by Listia. BY BIDDING ON MY AUCTION YOU ARE AGREEING TO THESE TERMS AND IT IS A CONTRACT.

Will these still ok next spring? As in still germinate if stored over winter in your best estimate?

Yes they will be fine because realistically they should be put in a little moist vermiculite or sand in a ziploc bag in the refrigerator for at least 3 months. During the 3 months just make sure the medium is moist. After 3 months start checking for germination. So dependent on your location is when you want your time frame to start. I usually make sure I have them in by about Dec 1-Jan-1 so that by the time I am in full swing with baby plants and springmode they should be germinating.
