Description

The listing, ELONGATED BARREL CACTUS {3" Fully Rooted} !Last One Until Next Year! has ended.

Winner will get the exact plant shown in the pictures. Healthy and fully rooted, it will be sent with NO POT minimal soil for shipping. Any questions, ask!
I've not known barrel type cactus to grow in such an elongated fashion. Some Pink Quartz Cactus grow like this and since they are a barrel cactus, it might indeed be that. Reading back, this makes no sense to me, so if you have any questions, good luck with that.
Ask those questions before you bid. I will only issue refunds to men named Petunia who must be near sighted. Not near sighted? Deal breaker. Move on.
Please ignore most of this listing. The important thing to know is "There is no spoon."
I like turtles.

Hey Heidi! I'm always so happy to see you. Yes, I did get your text and was sure I'd texted back. You are absolutely right, it is a Joseph's Coat. It might look a bit hard to identify because it's a great mature plant and makes tons of babies. It's a terrific one!

What kind of lighting/ temp do cacti do best in. I was thinking about bidding, and if won put in my art room. It is a little cool, and doesn't get a lot of light.

This one is not as picky as others. It does fine in lower light and temps, however the greater amount of sun light will encourage faster growth. If that's not an issue for you, then I think you would like this in the your art room! One other thing to be sure of is to keep it in an appropriate small=ish planter. Larger pots tend to hold water especially when inside. Hope this helps.
Thanks!

I've seen pictures of really large ones. I think the size is related to sun and heat, so I'm guessing it would do really well where you live. Thanks for looking (and I love your plant listing too)!

Where you live, I bet you can grow anything! If I lived there I would be diggin' in the earth everyday. Here it's spring and summer only! I would love for you to have this and see how big it is in a couple of years. Totally groovy!
