The AntMiner S3+ is the third generation Bitcoin Mining Rig, which uses the BM1382 chip powered by the 28nm tech process. It delivers 453 GH/s and consumes 366W electricity power. This miner works great, only uses three of the top power connectors since one is bad as shown, but does not affect performance at all, has minimal wear and is fully tested.

A PSU (Power Supply Unit) is necessary to operate this unit but it is NOT included with this purchase. Neither is the power cord or ethernet cable.

These miners are incredibly reliable and require very little maintenance. The Antminer S3+ has a self-sufficient cooling system that uses optimum negative pressure tunnel layout. The two 120mm JSL JDH1238B fans operate at ~ 1500-2500 rotations per minute (rpm), almost silently and maintaining the chip’s temperatures 20C above the ambient temperature. The two react to temperature increases efficiently and are software controlled.

The manufacturer has entirely closed the AntMiner S3+ 453 Gh/s @ 0.77W/Gh 28nm SHA-256 ASIC Miner in a strong durable shroud. Its internal frame is minimum but properly designed. The S3+’s are stackable if placed on the side mainly because of the needed access to the PCl-E cables.

Understand the machines can be rattled around during delivery, and minor troubleshooting steps (perform a factory reset, check all connections, reseat hashing boards, etc) may be necessary when they arrive. Rare, but can happen and there are plenty of helpful videos online to assist you. If you are unwilling to perform these types of troubleshooting steps or not familiar with mining, then we strongly recommend that you do not purchase a bitcoin miner.
