With some nice colored small stones, gems, and jewels
The name FOSSIL is stamped into the metal on the reverse of the charm.
Sorry, but I can't tell you much about it.
There are no other markings.
I do not know what type of metal it is, nor do I know what kind of stones are mounted in it.
This was found, by me, in the sand at my local beach with a White's Coinmaster GT metal detector.

I tried to clean it up the best I could. I also provided many photos as a means to show the true condition of the item. As can be seen in the photos, it is missing a few gems, but still has a majority of them still intact including all of the main larger turquoise colored pieces in the middle.
I provided a photo of the pendant next to a quarter as a size reference. The quarter is not included.
Please review all of the posted photos for the best description.

With a little TLC, the missing gems can be easily replaced and the earring can be worn again or used as a necklace pendant or bracelet charm.
Or if you work with jewelry, cannibalize it and use the parts for making other DIY jewelry or arts and crafts projects.
