This is the #181 Snoopy Sniffer made by Fisher Price from 1961 to 1980. It's hard to judge the exact year this particular one was made, because there wasn't much change in the toy from year to year. However the 1961 version had wooden wheels, and this one has plastic wheels. The 1980 version had a leash without the writing on it and no loop on the end. This one has both. So we can assume this Snoopy was made sometime in the 1970s.
