It was my first ttime growing these this year, and I'm impressed! They even easier to grow than butternut squash (and that's easy) plusw they're much easier to cook.

The vines spread quickly, with lots of small, single serving sized squash. And you can cook them with the skins on!

They don't keep as long as butternut, but they should keep for a month or two if kept dry and cool.
