Great, Welcome to Listia! Balance is the xnk you have received from listing items and having winners pay you the xnk they won the auction for. Store credits are xnk from listia for completing special tasks or watching videos for xnk. Since you are NEW here please make sure you have your address verified by listia, by going to your accounts page and entering your home address. This way when you win a auction you just have to press have it shipped and your address shows up in box. This is a mandatory step as per listia. Thanks again hope this helps. :)

The white beads that sit on the top of the blue ones are bone calcium, another part of the sharks jaw I believe. The blue beads are resin/plastic. Then the real sharks teeth pendant to complete the look! Great question thanks for checking us out! :)
