Thanks, so it’s more like a magazine style not an actual book? By looking at the glossy pages I thought it looked more like a magazine than a book, just wanted to be sure. Still, a nice little reference for someone wanting to get back to the basics! Was thinking for one of my daughters.

You're Welcome! It's definitely not hardback. Yes, heavy (older feel --not like flimsy ones today) magazine style w/the sturdy card stock cover. It's been well loved and used but in great condition for being from the early 90's and definitely great reference, even for the simplest of canning =_) Good Luck if you bid hon!

My daughter in Alabama just bought a larger home with more property, perhaps this will inspire her to grow a garden and can or freeze some! I’m sure my grandson would love it! :-)

OH how wonderful that would be!! I truly loved my garden in Ohio when my kids were little and we had so much fun picking everything! I used to do my own applesauce too and we would go to the orchards every year to pick apples and the kids always had a ball and couldn't wait for warm apple sauce! Lol!
